🌟 Five Game-Changing Announcements from HLTH
As the HLTH conference in Las Vegas looms, our inboxes are buzzing with exciting news. Let’s dive in and make sense of it all!
💰 Mega Raises: Oura & Town Hall Ventures
– 💍 Oura just announced a whopping $900 million fundraise, valuing the smart ring maker at around $11 billion! Is this a HLTH announcement or just perfect timing? Either way, it’s interesting to see Oura cozying up to the health care crowd. CEO Tom Hale dodged questions about going public, but he’s sure excited about selling another 5 million rings in the next year. 💥
– 💰 Town Hall Ventures, led by former CMS Administrator Andy Slavitt, is rolling in dough too! They’ve raised $440 million for their new fund and have invested in some big names like Ambience Healthcare and Strive Health.
💰 Other Raises: Telehealth, Remote Care, & Radiology
– 📞 MD Integrations, a telehealth provider network, scored $77 million from Updata Partners and Denali Growth Partners.
– 🏥 Brook.ai, creators of tech for remote patient care, raised $28 million in their Series B round.
– 📸 Medmo and OneImaging, both in the radiology game, raised $15 million and $38 million respectively.
