This game was a real MINEFIELD! Two-word tiles always make me nervous, and this puzzle seemed like a tangled web where I could find two things in common for about half of them. But gradually, the mist began to part, and I saw the light. Once I got BAR EVENTS and ENDING WITH SYNONYMS FOR “SWINDLE,” I was unstuck and could finish the puzzle.

What’s NYT Connections?

NYT Connections is a word game where you find groups of four items that share something in common. The groups are color-coded by difficulty: green (easy), yellow (medium), blue (hard), and purple (very hard). You can make up to four mistakes, and the final group can be solved by elimination. Just watch out for tricks like homophones!
