Ingredients
For the Steak Bites
- 500 g steak, cut into bite-size cubes
(sirloin, ribeye, strip steak, or tenderloin) - 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- ½ tsp garlic powder
Garlic Butter Sauce
- 3 tbsp butter
- 5 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp chopped fresh parsley
- ½ tsp chili flakes (optional)
Creamy Spaghetti
- 300 g spaghetti
- 1 tbsp butter
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 250 ml cooking cream or heavy cream
- 50 g grated parmesan cheese
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- ½ tsp Italian seasoning

- Extra parmesan
- Fresh parsley
- Cracked black pepper
- Chili flakes
Instructions
1. Prepare the steak
Pat steak cubes dry using paper towels.
Season with:
- salt
- pepper
- paprika
- garlic powder
Let sit:
- 10–15 minutes at room temperature.
Dry steak gives a better crust.
2. Cook the spaghetti
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
Cook spaghetti until:
- al dente
Reserve:
- 120 ml pasta water
Drain and set aside.
3. Sear the steak bites
Heat a large skillet or cast-iron pan over high heat.
Add olive oil.
Once very hot:
- add steak bites in a single layer
Do not overcrowd the pan.
Cook:
- 1–2 minutes per side
until browned and caramelized.
Cook in batches if necessary.
Remove steak from pan.
4. Make garlic butter
Lower heat slightly.
Add butter to the same pan.
Add:
- garlic
- chili flakes
Cook:
- 30–60 seconds
until fragrant.
Return steak bites to the pan.
Toss well in garlic butter.
Sprinkle parsley.
Turn off heat.
5. Make creamy spaghetti sauce
In another pan melt butter over medium heat.
Add garlic and cook:
- 30 seconds.
Pour in cream.
Add:
- parmesan
- Italian seasoning
- black pepper
Simmer gently:
- 3–5 minutes
until slightly thickened.
Add cooked spaghetti.
Toss until coated.
Add reserved pasta water if needed.
6. Serve
Plate creamy spaghetti.
Top with sizzling steak bites.
Spoon extra garlic butter from the pan over everything.
Garnish with:
- parmesan
- parsley
- black pepper
Serve immediately.
