  • ½ cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt

    • cucumbers
    • carrots
    • green onions
  • Optional lean protein:
    • sliced turkey breast
    • shredded chicken
    • smoked salmon
  • Optional extras:
    • spinach
    • lettuce
    • pickles
    • hot sauce

Instructions

1. Make the creamy spread

In a bowl, mix together:

  • reduced-fat cream cheese
  • Greek yogurt
  • garlic powder
  • onion powder
  • dill seasoning
  • salt

Mix until smooth and spreadable.

2. Assemble the roll-ups

  1. Lay tortillas flat.
  2. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over each tortilla.
  3. Sprinkle vegetables and optional protein evenly across the surface.

Avoid overfilling so the tortillas roll tightly.

  1. Roll tortillas tightly into logs.
  2. Wrap in plastic wrap or foil.
  3. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.

Chilling helps create cleaner slices.
