Lemon Mousse

Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2–3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons powdered low-carb sweetener (such as erythritol or monk fruit)

Instructions

  1. In a chilled bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  2. Add the sweetener and lemon juice.
  3. Continue whipping until the mixture becomes thick and fluffy.
  4. Spoon into serving glasses or bowls.
  5. Refrigerate for 30–60 minutes before serving.

Optional Add-Ins (would make it more than 3 ingredients)
