Ingredients

For Chicken Salad

  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or chopped
  • 1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt (or light mayo)
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 celery stalk, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Optional: 1 tablespoon chopped parsley or dill

For Wraps

  • Large lettuce leaves (Romaine or Butter Lettuce) or whole wheat tortillas
  • Sliced cucumber, tomato, or avocado (optional toppings)

  1. Prepare chicken salad

  2. Taste and adjust

  3. Assemble wraps
