Keto Ham & Cheese Crescents

Keto Ham & Cheese Crescents

Keto Ham & Cheese Crescents are a savory, low-carb twist on the classic bakery favorite. These buttery, golden crescents are made with a keto-friendly dough instead of traditional wheat-based pastry, allowing you to enjoy a satisfying handheld snack while maintaining a ketogenic lifestyle. Filled with smoky ham and melted cheese, they offer a delicious combination of flavors that makes them perfect for breakfast, lunch, or a quick snack.

One of the best features of these crescents is their versatility. They can be served warm as part of a hearty breakfast, packed into lunchboxes, or enjoyed as an appetizer for gatherings and parties. The rich, cheesy filling pairs beautifully with the soft, flaky dough, creating a comforting treat that appeals to both keto and non-keto eaters alike.

These crescents are also a great source of protein and healthy fats. The ham provides high-quality protein, while the cheese and almond flour-based dough contribute satisfying fats that help keep you feeling full. Because they are low in carbohydrates, they fit well into ketogenic meal plans and can help reduce cravings for traditional baked goods.

Whether you’re meal-prepping for the week or looking for a crowd-pleasing snack, Keto Ham & Cheese Crescents are an excellent choice. They can be enjoyed fresh from the oven or reheated later, making them a convenient and flavorful addition to your low-carb recipe collection.

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  7. Roll each triangle from the wide end toward the tip, forming a crescent shape.
  8. Arrange the crescents on the prepared baking sheet.
