Wrap

  • 4 keto tortillas (almond flour or low-carb wraps)
    or cheese wraps made from baked cheddar slices

For Air Frying

  • 1 tbsp melted butter or oil
  • Cooking spray (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add onion and garlic; sauté until soft and fragrant.
  3. Add ground beef or chicken and cook until fully browned.
  4. Stir in chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  5. Mix in cream cheese and shredded cheddar until melted and creamy.
  6. Remove from heat and let the filling cool slightly.
  7. Place filling in the center of each keto tortilla.
  8. Roll tightly like a burrito, folding edges inward to seal.
  9. Brush lightly with melted butter or oil.
  10. Preheat air fryer to 180°C (350°F).
  11. Place chimichangas seam-side down in the air fryer basket.
  12. Air fry for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
  13. Let rest for 2 minutes before serving.
