Air Fryer Honey Garlic Chicken Breast

Air Fryer Honey Garlic Chicken Breast

Air fryer honey garlic chicken breast is a quick, flavorful dish that combines juicy chicken with a sticky, sweet-savory glaze. The air fryer helps cook the chicken evenly while locking in moisture, creating a tender interior with lightly caramelized edges on the outside.

The honey garlic sauce is the highlight of this recipe. A blend of honey, garlic, soy sauce, and a touch of seasoning creates a balanced flavor—sweet, salty, and aromatic. As the chicken cooks, the glaze thickens slightly and clings to the surface, giving it a glossy finish.

Chicken breast can sometimes dry out, but the air fryer minimizes that risk when cooked properly. A short marination time helps infuse flavor while keeping the meat juicy. Brushing extra sauce during cooking enhances both taste and texture.

This recipe is very versatile. It can be served with rice, vegetables, or salad, or sliced into wraps and bowls. You can also adjust the sweetness or spice level by adding chili flakes or reducing the honey.

It’s perfect for busy weeknights because it requires minimal prep and cooks in under 20 minutes. The result is a restaurant-style dish made easily at home with simple ingredients.
