1 tbsp mustard
1 tbsp pickle relish (no sugar added if possible)
½ tsp paprika
½ tsp onion powder
½ tsp garlic powder
Optional: 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
Toppings
2 slices cheddar cheese
2–3 pickle slices
2 tbsp finely chopped lettuce
1–2 slices tomato (optional, not traditional)
Extra onion (finely diced)
Step 1: Make the Chaffles
Preheat a mini waffle maker.
In a bowl mix:
Egg
Mozzarella
Almond flour (optional)
Seasonings
Spoon half the mixture into waffle maker.
Cook 3–5 minutes until golden and crisp.
Repeat for second chaffle.
Set aside to cool slightly (they crisp up more as they cool).
Step 2: Cook the Beef Patties
Form beef into two thin patties (Big Mac style).
