Ingredients
1 lb (450 g) lean ground chicken
1 egg
¼ cup breadcrumbs (or almond flour)
¼ cup finely chopped onion
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp parsley
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
¼ tsp paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Cooking spray
Directions
In a bowl, mix all ingredients until combined.
Divide mixture into 6 equal portions and shape into patties.
Spray a non-stick pan with cooking spray and heat over medium.
Cook patties for 4–5 minutes per side until golden and fully cooked (165°F/74°C inside).
Serve with a salad, vegetables, or in a lettuce wrap.
