Air Fryer Tasty Meatloaf with Mashed Potatoes & Gravy

Air fryer meatloaf with mashed potatoes and gravy is a comforting, hearty meal made faster and easier. The air fryer gives the meatloaf a beautifully browned exterior while keeping the inside juicy and tender. Paired with creamy mashed potatoes and rich gravy, it’s a complete classic dinner.

The meatloaf is made with seasoned ground beef, breadcrumbs, and simple spices that enhance its natural flavor. Cooking it in the air fryer allows excess fat to drip away while locking in moisture, resulting in a perfectly balanced texture.

Mashed potatoes add a smooth and creamy contrast to the savory meatloaf. Butter and milk create a rich, fluffy texture that pairs perfectly with the dish. The gravy ties everything together, adding depth and warmth with every bite.

The air fryer significantly reduces cooking time compared to a traditional oven, making this meal perfect for weeknight dinners without sacrificing flavor. It’s simple, satisfying, and loved by all.

This meal is ideal for family dinners or meal prep, offering a balance of protein, carbs, and comforting flavors in one plate.
