Air Fryer Beef Patties with Tomato Layer

Air Fryer Beef Patties with Tomato Layer

Air fryer beef patties layered with thick raw tomato slices create a juicy, flavorful twist on classic burgers. As the patties cook, the tomatoes soften and release their natural juices, keeping the meat moist while adding a fresh, slightly tangy flavor.

This method works especially well in the air fryer because the circulating heat cooks the beef evenly while gently roasting the tomatoes on top. The tomatoes become tender and slightly caramelized, enhancing the overall taste without overpowering the beef.

Seasoning is key to bringing everything together. Simple spices like salt, pepper, garlic, and paprika complement both the richness of the beef and the freshness of the tomatoes. You can also add cheese on top for extra richness.

This dish is perfect if you want a low-carb, bun-less burger option. It’s simple, healthy, and packed with protein, making it great for quick meals or meal prep.
