½ cup purple cabbage, roughly chopped
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
2 cups cold water or unsweetened coconut water
1–2 teaspoons maple syrup (optional)
½ teaspoon chia seeds (optional)
Ice cubes, for serving

Directions
