Beetroot Brownies

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cooked beetroot, mashed
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder

Instructions:

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking pan with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  2. Prepare Beetroot: Peel and cook the beetroot until tender. Mash it until smooth.
  3. Mix Ingredients: In a mixing bowl, combine the mashed beetroot, eggs, and cocoa powder. Stir until fully incorporated and smooth.
  4. Pour Batter: Transfer the mixture into the prepared baking pan. Spread it evenly.
  5. Bake: Bake for 25–30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  6. Cool: Allow the brownies to cool in the pan for 10–15 minutes before slicing.
