Ingredients

  • 4 boneless pork chops (about 1 inch thick)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, cut into small pieces
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3–5 minutes.
  2. Pat the pork chops dry with paper towels.
  3. In a small bowl, mix the garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Rub both sides of each pork chop with olive oil, then coat evenly with the seasoning mixture.
  5. Place each pork chop on a sheet of heavy-duty aluminum foil. Drizzle with Worcestershire sauce and top with a few pieces of butter.
  6. Fold the foil tightly to create sealed packets, leaving a little space inside for steam to circulate.
  7. Place the foil packets in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook at 375°F (190°C) for 18–22 minutes, depending on the thickness of the pork chops.
  8. Carefully open one packet and check the internal temperature with a meat thermometer. The pork should reach 145°F (63°C). If needed, reseal and cook for an additional 2–4 minutes.
  9. For a lightly browned finish, remove the pork chops from the foil and air fry for 2–3 minutes at 400°F (200°C).
  10. Let the pork chops rest for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired.
