Creamy Peanut Butter Soft Serve

🥜 Creamy Peanut Butter Soft Serve

🥣 Ingredients

  • ⅓ cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup whole milk (or almond milk/oat milk)
  • ½ cup heavy cream (or Greek yogurt for higher protein)
  • 2–3 tbsp maple syrup, honey, or powdered sugar (adjust to taste)
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of fine sea salt

🔪 Instructions

Method 1: Ninja Creami

  1. Mix Base: In a bowl or measuring cup, whisk together the peanut butter, milk, heavy cream, sweetener, vanilla, and salt until smooth.
  2. Freeze: Pour the mixture into a Ninja Creami pint container and freeze flat for 24 hours.
  3. Spin: Process on the “Ice Cream” or “Lite Ice Cream” setting. If it comes out crumbly, add 1 tablespoon of milk and run a “Re-Spin” cycle until thick and smooth.

Method 2: Blender / Food Processor (No Special Machine Needed)

  1. Freeze Milk Cubes: Freeze 1 cup of your milk of choice in an ice cube tray until solid (about 3–4 hours).
  2. Blend: Add the frozen milk cubes, peanut butter, heavy cream/yogurt, sweetener, vanilla, and salt into a high-speed blender or food processor.
  3. Whip: Blend on high, scraping down the sides as needed, until thick, creamy, and soft-serve consistency forms.

Pro-Tip: For extra crunch, fold in mini chocolate chips or crushed peanut butter cups right after blending!
