Ingredients
- 225 g (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream (cold)
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp lemon juice (optional, for cheesecake tang)
- ½ cup crushed graham crackers or digestive biscuits

Instructions
1. Whip the cream
In a chilled bowl, beat the heavy cream until soft peaks form. Set aside.
2. Make the cheesecake base
In another bowl:
- Beat softened cream cheese until smooth.
- Add powdered sugar, vanilla, and lemon juice.
- Beat until creamy and fluffy.
3. Fold together
Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully combined and airy.
4. Chill
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour for the best texture.
5. Serve
Spoon into dessert cups and top with:

Fold in:
- ½ cup strawberry jam or puree
- fresh chopped strawberries
