A light, creamy, no-bake dessert that tastes like cheesecake mousse. Perfect for quick desserts, parties, or filling for cups and parfaits.

Ingredients

  • 225 g (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream (cold)
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice (optional, for cheesecake tang)
  • ½ cup crushed graham crackers or digestive biscuits

Optional toppings

  • Strawberry sauce
  • Blueberries
  • Chocolate chips
  • Caramel sauce
  • Crushed cookies

Instructions

1. Whip the cream

In a chilled bowl, beat the heavy cream until soft peaks form. Set aside.

2. Make the cheesecake base

In another bowl:

  • Beat softened cream cheese until smooth.
  • Add powdered sugar, vanilla, and lemon juice.
  • Beat until creamy and fluffy.

3. Fold together

Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully combined and airy.

4. Chill

Refrigerate for at least 1 hour for the best texture.

5. Serve

Spoon into dessert cups and top with:

  • crushed biscuits
  • fruit sauce
  • chocolate
  • berries

Quick Strawberry Cheesecake Fluff

Fold in:

  • ½ cup strawberry jam or puree
  • fresh chopped strawberries

Oreo Cheesecake Fluff

Mix in:

  • 8 crushed Oreo cookies

Top with extra cookie crumbs.
