Ingredients
- 1 box orange gelatin mix (3 oz / 85 g)
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 cup plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1 cup whipped cream or whipped topping (optional, for extra fluffiness)
- 1 can mandarin oranges, drained
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- ½ cup crushed pineapple, well drained (optional)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, dissolve the orange gelatin in boiling water.
- Let it cool for about 10–15 minutes so it’s warm, not hot.
- Whisk in the Greek yogurt until smooth and creamy.
- Fold in whipped cream or whipped topping if using.
- Add mandarin oranges, marshmallows, and pineapple.
- Chill for 1–2 hours until fluffy and slightly set.
Tips
- Vanilla Greek yogurt makes it sweeter and more dessert-like.
- Plain Greek yogurt gives a tangier flavor.
- For extra protein, skip the whipped topping and use all Greek yogurt.
- You can add shredded coconut or chopped pecans for texture
