Orange Greek Yogurt Fluff

Ingredients

  • 1 box orange gelatin mix (3 oz / 85 g)
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 cup plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup whipped cream or whipped topping (optional, for extra fluffiness)
  • 1 can mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • ½ cup crushed pineapple, well drained (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, dissolve the orange gelatin in boiling water.
  2. Let it cool for about 10–15 minutes so it’s warm, not hot.
  3. Whisk in the Greek yogurt until smooth and creamy.
  4. Fold in whipped cream or whipped topping if using.
  5. Add mandarin oranges, marshmallows, and pineapple.
  6. Chill for 1–2 hours until fluffy and slightly set.

Tips

  • Vanilla Greek yogurt makes it sweeter and more dessert-like.
  • Plain Greek yogurt gives a tangier flavor.
  • For extra protein, skip the whipped topping and use all Greek yogurt.
  • You can add shredded coconut or chopped pecans for texture
