Ingredients (2–3 servings)
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt (full-fat or low-fat)
- 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
- 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2–3 tbsp powdered erythritol or monk fruit sweetener
- 2 tbsp cream cheese (softened)
- 2 tbsp heavy cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- Optional: 1–2 tbsp sugar-free dark chocolate chips melted
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together:
- Greek yogurt
- cream cheese
- heavy cream
- vanilla
- Add:
- chocolate protein powder
- cocoa powder
- sweetener
- pinch of salt
- Mix until completely smooth and fluffy.
- If too thick, add 1–2 tbsp milk or cream.
- If too thin, chill for 20 minutes.
- Optional:
- Fold in melted sugar-free chocolate for a richer mousse texture.
- Refrigerate 30–60 minutes before serving.
