Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients (2–3 servings)

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt (full-fat or low-fat)
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2–3 tbsp powdered erythritol or monk fruit sweetener
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese (softened)
  • 2 tbsp heavy cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • Optional: 1–2 tbsp sugar-free dark chocolate chips melted

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together:
    • Greek yogurt
    • cream cheese
    • heavy cream
    • vanilla
  2. Add:
    • chocolate protein powder
    • cocoa powder
    • sweetener
    • pinch of salt
  3. Mix until completely smooth and fluffy.
    • If too thick, add 1–2 tbsp milk or cream.
    • If too thin, chill for 20 minutes.
  4. Optional:
    • Fold in melted sugar-free chocolate for a richer mousse texture.
  5. Refrigerate 30–60 minutes before serving.
