Dump frozen meatballs 

Ingredients (4–6 servings)

  • 1 bag frozen beef or turkey meatballs (about 24 oz)
  • 2 cups low-sugar marinara sauce
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella
  • ½ cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt + black pepper
  • Fresh basil or parsley (optional)

Instructions

1. Prep

Preheat oven to:

  • 200°C / 400°F

Grease a baking dish lightly.


2. Dump everything in

Add to the dish:

  • frozen meatballs
  • marinara sauce
  • heavy cream
  • garlic
  • Italian seasoning
  • onion powder
  • olive oil
  • salt and pepper

Stir lightly to coat.


3. Add cheese

Top with:

  • mozzarella
  • parmesan

4. Bake

Bake uncovered for:

  • 30–35 minutes

Until:

  • bubbling
  • cheese is golden
  • meatballs are heated through

For extra crispiness:

  • broil 2–3 minutes at the end.

  • Fat: ~22–28g

(Depends on sauce and meatballs used.)


Optional Low-Carb Add-Ins

You can dump these in too:

  • cauliflower florets
  • spinach
  • mushrooms
  • zucchini slices
  • roasted peppers

Extra Creamy Version

Mix in:

  • 4 oz cream cheese

before baking.
