- 1 bag frozen beef or turkey meatballs (about 24 oz)
- 2 cups low-sugar marinara sauce
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella
- ½ cup parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt + black pepper
- Fresh basil or parsley (optional)
Instructions
1. Prep
Preheat oven to:
- 200°C / 400°F
Grease a baking dish lightly.
2. Dump everything in
Add to the dish:
- frozen meatballs
- marinara sauce
- heavy cream
- garlic
- Italian seasoning
- onion powder
- olive oil
- salt and pepper
Stir lightly to coat.
3. Add cheese
Top with:
- mozzarella
- parmesan
4. Bake
Bake uncovered for:
- 30–35 minutes
Until:
- bubbling
- cheese is golden
- meatballs are heated through
For extra crispiness:
- broil 2–3 minutes at the end.
