Lemon-Ginger Evening Drink
Ingredients
- 1 cup (240 ml) warm water
- Juice of ½–1 lemon or lime
- 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
- Optional: 1 teaspoon honey
- Optional: pinch of cinnamon
Instructions
- Heat the water until warm, not boiling.
- Add the grated ginger and steep for 5–10 minutes.
- Strain if desired.
- Stir in the lemon/lime juice.
- Add honey or cinnamon if using.
- Drink in the evening.
Another Common Version
Ingredients
- 1 cup warm water
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- Optional: ½ teaspoon grated ginger
Mix and drink before or after dinner.
These drinks may help some people stay hydrated and can replace higher-calorie beverages, but they do not target abdominal fat or cause rapid fat loss on their own.
