Lemon-Ginger Evening Drink

Ingredients

  • 1 cup (240 ml) warm water
  • Juice of ½–1 lemon or lime
  • 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
  • Optional: 1 teaspoon honey
  • Optional: pinch of cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Heat the water until warm, not boiling.
  2. Add the grated ginger and steep for 5–10 minutes.
  3. Strain if desired.
  4. Stir in the lemon/lime juice.
  5. Add honey or cinnamon if using.
  6. Drink in the evening.

Another Common Version

Ingredients

  • 1 cup warm water
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • Optional: ½ teaspoon grated ginger

Mix and drink before or after dinner.

These drinks may help some people stay hydrated and can replace higher-calorie beverages, but they do not target abdominal fat or cause rapid fat loss on their own.
