  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce (sugar-free if possible)
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon cumin
  • ½ teaspoon oregano
  • ½ teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional, for heat)
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar (for tang)

Cheese Layer

  • 1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup mozzarella cheese (for stretchiness)

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Oven

Step 4: Assemble the Bake

  1. Place hot dogs in the baking dish in a single layer.
  2. Pour chili mixture evenly over the hot dogs.
  3. Make sure they are well covered.

Step 5: Add Cheese

  1. Sprinkle cheddar cheese evenly over the top.
  2. Add mozzarella for extra meltiness.

Step 6: Bake

  1. Bake uncovered for 20–25 minutes.
  2. Cheese should be fully melted and bubbly.
