Strawberry Oreo Mousse Cups
Ingredients
- 1 package (3 oz / 85 g) strawberry gelatin (Jell-O)
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 cup cold water
- 8 oz (225 g) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 cups whipped topping (such as Cool Whip) or whipped cream
- 12–15 chocolate sandwich cookies (Oreos), roughly crushed
- Pink food coloring (optional, for a brighter color)
Instructions
- Prepare the gelatin
- Dissolve the strawberry gelatin in 1 cup boiling water.
- Stir until completely dissolved.
- Add 1 cup cold water and chill until slightly thickened but not fully set (about 30–45 minutes).
- Make the cream mixture
- Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Fold in the whipped topping.
- Combine
- Slowly mix the thickened gelatin into the cream cheese mixture.
- Add a few drops of pink food coloring if desired.
- Fold in the crushed Oreo cookies.
- Fill cups
- Spoon the mixture into small dessert cups.
- Smooth the tops.
- Chill
- Refrigerate for at least 2–4 hours, or until firm.

- Fresh strawberry pieces
- Whipped cream
- White chocolate shavings
