- 1 cup (100 g) shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup (50 g) shredded mozzarella cheese
- 6 slices cooked turkey bacon or regular bacon, crumbled
- 2 tbsp ranch seasoning (sugar-free)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp smoked paprika
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- Salt to taste

- 2 tbsp chopped green onions
- 1–2 diced jalapeños
- ¼ cup chopped spinach

Instructions
Cold Dip Version
- Blend cottage cheese until completely smooth.
- In a bowl, combine:
- Blended cottage cheese
- Cream cheese
- Greek yogurt
- Whey protein isolate
- Mix until creamy.
- Stir in cheddar, mozzarella, bacon, ranch seasoning, garlic, onion powder, paprika, pepper, and optional add-ins.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow flavors to develop.
- Serve chilled.
Warm Dip Version
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix all ingredients together in a baking dish.
