Ingredients

Protein-Rich Dip Base

  • 1 cup (225 g) blended cottage cheese
  • 8 oz (225 g) reduced-fat cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup (120 g) plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 scoop (30 g) unflavored whey protein isolate (optional, for extra protein)

Flavor Ingredients

  • 1 cup (100 g) shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup (50 g) shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 6 slices cooked turkey bacon or regular bacon, crumbled
  • 2 tbsp ranch seasoning (sugar-free)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • Salt to taste

Optional Add-Ins

  • 2 tbsp chopped green onions
  • 1–2 diced jalapeños
  • ¼ cup chopped spinach
  • 1 tbsp hot sauce

Instructions

Cold Dip Version

  1. Blend cottage cheese until completely smooth.
  2. In a bowl, combine:
    • Blended cottage cheese
    • Cream cheese
    • Greek yogurt
    • Whey protein isolate
  3. Mix until creamy.
  4. Stir in cheddar, mozzarella, bacon, ranch seasoning, garlic, onion powder, paprika, pepper, and optional add-ins.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow flavors to develop.
  6. Serve chilled.

Warm Dip Version

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix all ingredients together in a baking dish.
  3. Top with extra cheddar cheese.
  4. Bake for 15–20 minutes until hot and bubbly.
  5. Broil for 1–2 minutes for a golden cheese topping.
