- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce (optional, check for added sugar)
- 4 slices sugar-free bacon, cooked and crumbled (optional)
Low-Carb Quesadilla Base
- 4 large low-carb tortillas (or high-protein tortillas)
- 1½ cups (150 g) shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup (100 g) shredded mozzarella cheese
Burger Toppings
- ¼ cup diced pickles
- 2 tbsp finely diced onion (optional)
- 2 tbsp chopped lettuce (add after cooking)
Protein Burger Sauce
- ½ cup (120 g) Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp sugar-free ketchup
- 1 tsp yellow mustard
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook the ground beef until browned and fully cooked.
- Add salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Drain excess grease if needed and set aside.
Make the Sauce
- Mix Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, sugar-free ketchup, mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt until smooth.
Assemble Quesadillas
- Spread a thin layer of burger sauce on each tortilla.
- Add:
- Cooked beef
- Cheddar cheese
- Mozzarella cheese
- Pickles
- Bacon (if using)
- Fold tortillas in half.
Cook
