Ingredients
- 1½ cups cottage cheese
- ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder (for chocolate version)
or skip cocoa for vanilla - 2–3 tbsp powdered sweetener (to taste)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- 2 tbsp milk (only if needed for blending)
Instructions
- Add cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, cocoa powder, sweetener, vanilla, and salt to a blender.
- Blend for 1–2 minutes until completely smooth and creamy.
- Add a little milk if needed to reach a mousse-like texture.
- Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
