A rich, creamy, no-oven chocolate dessert with a crunchy biscuit base.
Ingredients
For the Biscuit Base
- 250 g chocolate biscuits (or digestive biscuits + 2 tbsp cocoa powder)
- 80 g unsalted butter, melted
For the Chocolate Cream Filling
- 250 g cream cheese, softened
- 200 ml cold whipping cream
- ½ cup sweetened condensed milk (adjust to taste)
- 100 g dark chocolate, melted and cooled
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt

- Crushed chocolate biscuits
Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Biscuit Base
- Crush the biscuits into fine crumbs.
- Mix with the melted butter until evenly combined.
- Press the mixture firmly into a 6–7 inch air fryer-safe cake pan.
Air Fry:
- 160°C (320°F) for 5 minutes
- Remove and let the crust cool completely.
Step 2: Make the Chocolate Filling
- Whip the cold whipping cream until soft peaks form.
- In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
- Add the condensed milk, melted chocolate, cocoa powder, vanilla, and salt. Mix until creamy.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the chocolate mixture until fully combined.
Step 3: Assemble
- Pour the filling over the cooled biscuit crust.
- Smooth the top with a spatula.
- Cover the pan loosely with aluminum foil.
Step 4: Air Fry
- Preheat the air fryer for 3 minutes.
- Air fry at 150°C (300°F) for 8–10 minutes, or until the edges are set and the center has a slight wobble.
Step 5: Chill
- Let the dessert cool at room temperature for 20–30 minutes.
- Refrigerate for at least 4–6 hours, preferably overnight, until fully set.
Step 6: Serve
Top with chocolate ganache, chocolate shavings, or crushed biscuits before serving.
Tips
- Use room-temperature cream cheese for a smooth filling.
- Every air fryer cooks differently, so begin checking after 8 minutes.
- For a richer flavor, use 60–70% dark chocolate.
- This dessert tastes even better after chilling overnight.
