For the Chocolate Cream Filling

  • 250 g cream cheese, softened
  • 200 ml cold whipping cream
  • ½ cup sweetened condensed milk (adjust to taste)
  • 100 g dark chocolate, melted and cooled
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Optional Toppings

  • Chocolate ganache
  • Chocolate shavings
  • Crushed chocolate biscuits

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Biscuit Base

  1. Crush the biscuits into fine crumbs.
  2. Mix with the melted butter until evenly combined.
  3. Press the mixture firmly into a 6–7 inch air fryer-safe cake pan.

Air Fry:

  • 160°C (320°F) for 5 minutes
  • Remove and let the crust cool completely.

Step 2: Make the Chocolate Filling

  1. Whip the cold whipping cream until soft peaks form.
  2. In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  3. Add the condensed milk, melted chocolate, cocoa powder, vanilla, and salt. Mix until creamy.
  4. Gently fold the whipped cream into the chocolate mixture until fully combined.

Step 3: Assemble

  1. Pour the filling over the cooled biscuit crust.
  2. Smooth the top with a spatula.
  3. Cover the pan loosely with aluminum foil.

Step 4: Air Fry

  • Preheat the air fryer for 3 minutes.
  • Air fry at 150°C (300°F) for 8–10 minutes, or until the edges are set and the center has a slight wobble.

Step 5: Chill

  1. Let the dessert cool at room temperature for 20–30 minutes.
  2. Refrigerate for at least 4–6 hours, preferably overnight, until fully set.

Step 6: Serve

Top with chocolate ganache, chocolate shavings, or crushed biscuits before serving.

Tips

  • Use room-temperature cream cheese for a smooth filling.
  • Every air fryer cooks differently, so begin checking after 8 minutes.
  • For a richer flavor, use 60–70% dark chocolate.
  • This dessert tastes even better after chilling overnight.
