Ingredients
- 2 frozen boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon melted butter (optional, for extra juiciness)
Instructions
1. Prepare the Chicken
- Preheat the air fryer to 360°F (182°C) for 3–5 minutes.
- Lightly brush the frozen chicken breasts with olive oil.
- Sprinkle with garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
2. Air Fry the Chicken
- Place the frozen chicken breasts in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry at 360°F (182°C) for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Brush with melted butter during the last 5 minutes for extra flavor.
- Cook until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) at the thickest part.
3. Rest & Serve
- Remove the chicken from the air fryer and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
- Serve with vegetables, rice, salad, pasta, or use for sandwiches and meal prep.
Tip: If the chicken breasts are very thick, add an extra 5–10 minutes of cooking time and check the temperature before serving.
