Toss frozen chicken breasts

Ingredients

  • 2 frozen boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter (optional, for extra juiciness)

Instructions

1. Prepare the Chicken

  • Preheat the air fryer to 360°F (182°C) for 3–5 minutes.
  • Lightly brush the frozen chicken breasts with olive oil.
  • Sprinkle with garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.

2. Air Fry the Chicken

  • Place the frozen chicken breasts in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  • Air fry at 360°F (182°C) for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  • Brush with melted butter during the last 5 minutes for extra flavor.
  • Cook until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) at the thickest part.

3. Rest & Serve

  • Remove the chicken from the air fryer and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
  • Serve with vegetables, rice, salad, pasta, or use for sandwiches and meal prep.

Tip: If the chicken breasts are very thick, add an extra 5–10 minutes of cooking time and check the temperature before serving.
