Ingredients
For the Steak Cubes:
- 1½ lbs (700 g) sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
For the Asparagus:
- 1 bunch fresh asparagus, trimmed
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice (optional)
- Grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions
1. Prepare the Steak
- Pat the sirloin steak cubes dry with paper towels.
- In a bowl, toss the steak cubes with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
2. Air Fry the Steak Cubes
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3–5 minutes.
- Place steak cubes in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry for 8–10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until browned and cooked to your preferred doneness.
3. Add Garlic Butter
- Mix melted butter with minced garlic.
- Toss the cooked steak cubes with the garlic butter and let them rest for 2–3 minutes.
4. Air Fry the Asparagus
- Toss asparagus with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Place asparagus in the air fryer basket.
- Cook at 390°F (199°C) for 6–8 minutes, shaking halfway through, until tender-crisp.
5. Serve
- Serve the garlic butter steak cubes with the roasted asparagus.
- Finish with fresh lemon juice and Parmesan cheese if desired.
Tip: For juicy steak bites, avoid overcrowding the air fryer basket. Cook in batches if needed for the best sear.
