Ingredients
- 2 lobster tails (5–8 oz each)
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon chopped fresh parsley
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- Lemon wedges, for serving
Instructions
1. Prepare the Lobster
- Using kitchen shears, cut through the top of each lobster shell lengthwise.
- Gently pull the meat upward so it rests on top of the shell, keeping the end attached.
2. Make the Garlic Butter
In a small bowl, combine:
- Melted butter
- Garlic
- Lemon juice
- Parsley
- Paprika
- Salt
- Black pepper
Brush half of the garlic butter over the lobster meat.
3. Air Fry
- Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C) for 3 minutes.
- Place the lobster tails in the basket, meat side up.
- Air fry for 8–10 minutes, depending on size, until the meat is opaque and reaches an internal temperature of 140–145°F (60–63°C).
4. Finish
- Brush the remaining garlic butter over the hot lobster tails.
- Garnish with extra parsley and serve with fresh lemon wedges.
Tips
- Avoid overcooking, as lobster can become tough.
- Larger lobster tails (9–12 oz) may need 10–12 minutes.
- Add a pinch of cayenne or red pepper flakes for a spicy kick.
- Pair with roasted asparagus, mashed potatoes, rice, or a fresh salad.
