Air Fryer Pepperoni Roll

Air Fryer Pepperoni Roll

Ingredients

  • 1 tube (8 oz) refrigerated pizza dough (or crescent dough)
  • 24–30 slices pepperoni
  • 1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • Marinara sauce, for dipping

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3–5 minutes.
  2. Roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle and cut it into 8 equal pieces.
  3. Place a small handful of mozzarella and 3–4 slices of pepperoni on each piece.
  4. Roll the dough tightly, pinching the edges to seal so the cheese stays inside.
  5. In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
  6. Brush the tops of the rolls with the garlic butter and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  7. Arrange the rolls in a single layer in the air fryer basket, leaving space between each.
  8. Air fry for 7–9 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  9. Let cool for 2–3 minutes before serving with warm marinara sauce.

Tips

  • Don’t overfill the rolls, or the cheese may leak out.
  • Seal the edges firmly by pinching the dough together.
  • Cook in batches if needed to avoid overcrowding.
  • Add cooked sausage, bacon, or diced peppers for extra flavor.

Storage & Reheating

  • Refrigerator: Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
  • Freezer: Freeze for up to 2 months.
  • Reheat: Air fry at 350°F (175°C) for 3–4 minutes until hot and crispy.
