Ingredients
- 1 tube (8 oz) refrigerated pizza dough (or crescent dough)
- 24–30 slices pepperoni
- 1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- Marinara sauce, for dipping
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3–5 minutes.
- Roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle and cut it into 8 equal pieces.
- Place a small handful of mozzarella and 3–4 slices of pepperoni on each piece.
- Roll the dough tightly, pinching the edges to seal so the cheese stays inside.
- In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
- Brush the tops of the rolls with the garlic butter and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Arrange the rolls in a single layer in the air fryer basket, leaving space between each.
- Air fry for 7–9 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Let cool for 2–3 minutes before serving with warm marinara sauce.
Tips
- Don’t overfill the rolls, or the cheese may leak out.
- Seal the edges firmly by pinching the dough together.
- Cook in batches if needed to avoid overcrowding.
- Add cooked sausage, bacon, or diced peppers for extra flavor.
