Air Fryer Cheesesteak Rolls

Air Fryer Cheesesteak Rolls

Air fryer cheesesteak rolls are a crispy, handheld twist on the classic Philly cheesesteak. Thinly sliced beef, sautéed onions, and melted cheese are wrapped in a thin pastry or roll wrapper and air-fried until golden and crunchy. The result is a perfect contrast between a crispy shell and a hot, gooey filling.

The filling is what gives these rolls their signature flavor. Tender beef is cooked with onions and optional bell peppers, then combined with cheese that melts into the mixture. Seasonings like garlic, black pepper, and a splash of soy or Worcestershire sauce deepen the savory taste.

Using an air fryer keeps these rolls lighter than deep-fried versions while still delivering a satisfying crunch. The high heat crisps the wrapper evenly, sealing in the juicy filling without excess oil. A light brush or spray of oil helps achieve that golden finish.

These rolls are great as appetizers, snacks, or even a quick meal. They pair well with dipping sauces like garlic mayo, spicy ketchup, or cheese sauce, adding extra flavor to every bite.

They’re also easy to customize. You can make them spicier, add mushrooms, or even switch to chicken for a different variation. Quick to prepare and fun to eat, they’re perfect for parties or casual meals.
