Ingredients
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8-count) or pizza dough
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ¼ cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Instructions
- Prepare the Bites
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for 3–5 minutes.
- Cut biscuit dough into small pieces.
- Flatten each piece and place a little mozzarella cheese in the center.
- Pinch the dough closed and roll into a ball.
- Make Garlic Butter
- Mix melted butter, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and Parmesan cheese.
- Air Fry
- Place cheese-filled dough balls in the air fryer basket, leaving space between each one.
- Brush or toss lightly with garlic butter.
- Air fry at 350°F (175°C) for 8–10 minutes, until golden brown and cooked through.
- Finish
- Brush with remaining garlic butter.
- Sprinkle with fresh parsley and extra Parmesan if desired.
