Instructions
- If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 15–20 minutes to prevent burning.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, salt, pepper, paprika, and chili flakes.
- Add shrimp and toss well to coat. Marinate for 15–20 minutes.
- Thread shrimp onto skewers.
- Preheat air fryer to 200°C.
