Ingredients
2 ripe bananas (mashed)
1 cup crushed pineapple (drained)
1/2 cup sugar
1/3 cup oil or melted butter
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
Optional: 1/2 cup chopped nuts or coconut flakes
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C) and grease a loaf pan.
Mix bananas, pineapple, sugar, oil, eggs, and vanilla.
In another bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt.
Fold dry ingredients into wet (donβt overmix). Add nuts/coconut if using.
Pour into pan and bake 50β60 minutes (until toothpick comes out clean).
Cool, slice, and enjoy.
