Ingredients

  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic, finely grated
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • Pinch of salt

For Assembly

  • 4 high-fiber, low-carb tortillas (8-inch)
  • 1 cup reduced-fat shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • ½ cup diced tomatoes

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Chicken

If not already cooked:

  1. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, paprika, onion powder, and Italian seasoning.
  2. Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 20–25 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  3. Let cool slightly and shred using two forks.

If using leftover chicken, simply shred and proceed.


Step 2: Cook the Garlic Chicken

  1. Heat olive oil in a nonstick skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add shredded chicken.
  4. Stir in:
    • Paprika
    • Onion powder
    • Italian seasoning
    • Salt
    • Pepper
  5. Cook for 3–4 minutes until heated through.

Remove from heat.


Step 3: Make the Creamy Garlic Sauce

In a small bowl, combine:

  • Greek yogurt
  • Light mayonnaise
  • Lemon juice
  • Garlic

Step 4: Assemble the Wraps

Lay tortillas flat.

Spread about 2 tablespoons of garlic sauce onto each tortilla.

Leave about 1 inch around the edges.


Step 5: Fold the Wraps

  1. Fold in the sides.
  2. Roll tightly from the bottom up.
  3. Place seam-side down.

Step 6: Toast the Wraps

Heat a large nonstick skillet or grill pan over medium heat.

Lightly coat with cooking spray.

Place wraps seam-side down.

Cook for 2–3 minutes per side until:
