1️⃣ Make the Cheesecake Filling

🥣 In a mixing bowl, beat together:

2️⃣ Assemble the Chimichangas

🌯 Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface.

✨ In a shallow bowl, mix:

  • Cinnamon

Set aside.


4️⃣ Fry the Chimichangas

🔥 Heat about 2 inches of oil in a deep skillet or saucepan to 175°C (350°F).

Carefully place chimichangas seam-side down.
