Chocolate popsicles

Creamy, chocolatey, and incredibly easy — just 3 ingredients and no added sugar.

Makes

6 small popsicles


Ingredients

  • 1½ cups unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 cup chocolate protein yogurt or plain Greek yogurt + 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 scoops chocolate protein powder

Optional Sweetness Boost

If needed, add:

  • 1–2 tbsp monk fruit or erythritol

Instructions

1. Blend

Add all ingredients to a blender.

Blend until completely smooth and creamy.

Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.


2. Fill Molds

Pour mixture into popsicle molds.

Insert sticks.


3. Freeze

Freeze 4–6 hours or overnight until solid.


To Unmold Easily

Run warm water over the outside of molds for a few seconds.

Flavor Variations

Mocha Pops

Add:

  • 1 tsp instant espresso powder

Chocolate Peanut Butter

Blend in:

  • 1 tbsp peanut butter

Mint Chocolate

Add:

  • a drop of peppermint extract

Fudge Style

Use:

  • canned coconut milk instead of almond milk

for extra creamy texture.


Extra Creamy Tip

Freeze mixture in ice cube trays for 30 minutes first, stir once, then pour into molds to reduce iciness.
