Creamy Banana Oat Yogurt Cups (Full Recipe)

A creamy, high-protein breakfast-style dessert made with yogurt, oats, and banana — layered, naturally sweet, and perfect for meal prep or healthy snacking.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (thick, unsweetened)
  • 1–2 ripe bananas, sliced + mashed (split use)
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1–2 tbsp honey (or maple syrup)
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
  • 2–3 tbsp milk (only if needed for oats softening)

Instructions

  1. Prepare oats layer
    Mix oats with a little milk and let them sit for 5–10 minutes to soften.
  2. Sweeten yogurt
    In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt with honey and vanilla until creamy.
  3. Prepare banana layer
    Slice some bananas for topping and mash a few for mixing into oats if desired.
  4. Layer cups
    In cups or jars:

  6. Add oats layer
  7. Add banana slices
  8. Repeat layers if needed
  9. Top it off
    Finish with banana slices, a drizzle of honey, and a light sprinkle of cinnamon.
  10. Chill (optional)
