Ingredients
- 1 cup Greek yogurt (thick, unsweetened)
- 1–2 ripe bananas, sliced + mashed (split use)
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1–2 tbsp honey (or maple syrup)
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
- 2–3 tbsp milk (only if needed for oats softening)
Instructions
- Prepare oats layer
Mix oats with a little milk and let them sit for 5–10 minutes to soften. - Sweeten yogurt
In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt with honey and vanilla until creamy. - Prepare banana layer
Slice some bananas for topping and mash a few for mixing into oats if desired. - Layer cups
In cups or jars: - Add yogurt layer
- Add oats layer
- Add banana slices
- Repeat layers if needed
- Top it off
Finish with banana slices, a drizzle of honey, and a light sprinkle of cinnamon. - Chill (optional)
Refrigerate for 15–30 minutes for better texture.
