🍲 Creamy Slow Cooker Crack Chicken Soup
Rich, creamy, cheesy, and loaded with tender shredded chicken and crispy bacon. This easy slow-cooker soup is perfect for a cozy dinner.

Ingredients
- 1½ lb (700 g) boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 packet (1 oz) ranch seasoning
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes, drained
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened and cubed
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- Fresh parsley or green onions, for garnish
Directions
- Place chicken in the slow cooker. Add broth, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, and tomatoes.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 6–7 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours, until the chicken is tender.
- Remove the chicken, shred it with two forks, and return it to the slow cooker.
- Add cream cheese, heavy cream, and cheddar. Cover and cook on HIGH for 15–20 minutes, stirring until smooth and creamy.
- Stir in the crumbled bacon.
- Ladle into bowls and garnish with parsley or green onions.
