Ingredients:
2 cups cooked shredded chicken
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1–2 tbsp Greek yogurt (optional, for lighter texture)
1 celery stalk, finely chopped
2 tbsp green onions (scallions), chopped
1 tsp Dijon mustard
Salt & pepper to taste
1 package mini phyllo shells (store-bought)
Instructions:
In a bowl, mix chicken, mayo, yogurt, mustard, celery, and green onions.
Season with salt and pepper.
Spoon mixture into phyllo shells.
Optional:
warm in oven at 350°F (175°C) for 5–7 minutes or serve chilled.
