Ingredients
- 2 cups almond flour
- ½ cup ground flaxseed
- ¼ cup psyllium husk powder
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- 5 large eggs
- ¼ cup olive oil or melted butter
- ½ cup warm water
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Line a small loaf pan with parchment paper.
- Mix almond flour, flaxseed, psyllium husk, baking powder, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, whisk eggs, oil, water, and vinegar.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients. The mixture will thicken quickly.
- Transfer to the loaf pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 45–55 minutes, until golden brown and firm.
- Cool completely before slicing.
